Do you think the soft mod is possible now with the usb transfer for the memory card. I am hopefull

what is a dvd hack? do u need to take apart 360?

Softmod is not going to be possible. The dashboard was on the hdd for the original xbox. Microsft has put flash prevention on the chip containing the dash on the 360. So with the chip it will have to bypass that chip altogether. Making for one hell of a hard mod.
