I Need help with Grand Theft Auto IV

I'm trying to intall a trainer for freeplay and whatnot and I put all the files I was told I needed in the folder I was told to put them in and now it won't even start up it just gives me this error "Exception EFCreateError in module DSOUND.dll at 000116C5 Cannot creat file"C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV]asilog.txt".Access Denied."

that's all it gives me and I don't know what it means :/ eccept the fact some action is being denied. anyone know? or think they can help?

download and reinstall DirectX

I fixed it I just took all the files I transfered for the trainers out and deleted them. but thanks anyways
