It's a error with the PSP thinking it's sell On
place a Power cable in then place the Magic memorystick in the PSP and turn on if the psp does not come on the first time don't worry Just keep hitting the power switch (could take up to 30 times)
If that Does not work your going to have to make a Real Magic memoryStick that Works =P
1. you'll need to backup all files and folders on the Stick as if you did a Softmod pandora's right you'll have your eeprom backed up on the Stick and you'll need it to turn the battery back.
2. after backing up the stick format it, then down load my files

Now Install the program PSP Grader.
Run PSP Grader and click on Inject IPL only
3. place magic stick in PSP and then place pandora's battery in psp (to get to XMB just Wait)
(to get into pandora's Menu Up D-Pad UP)
