Okay guys a few questions regarding html coding. I was able to play music automatically. It worked a couple of times. Then when I tried again it didnt work. I cleared out the cache cookies and everything but still didnt work.
Here is the music code that I used: <bgsound src="C:\Documents and Settings\Home\My Documents\music.mid">
Same goes for videos I never got the videos to work, I would link the videos to youtube, or googlevideo. The little white box would pop up, but nothing after that no play button etc. Any help would be apprieated.
BTW I am using Internet Expolorer 7, and using notepad to edit html

You need to take out the c:\etc\etc stuff in the src="". You need to put in where the files are on the server or if they're on a different server src="http://etc/etc"   It looks to me like it's looking on your c:\ for the files, which after you publish it, wont work.

Try putting the sound files and the HTML files in the same folder, erase the C:\folders\ garbage and see if it works.
