I am new on the psp scene just got a fat psp. I am a total newb when it comes to psp. How would i run ps1 games on the psp? also psp isos how would i run those. System software is: 3.71 M33-2

frist upgrade to 3.71 m33-5
Next Push Select to open the On screen Menu then set CPU speeds to 333mhz
Now set UMD ISO MODE to M33 driver
Download your Games .iso or .cso on to the memoryStick in ISO folder (H:\ISO)
For Emu's Make sure you get a 3.xx Emu and place in the PSP/GAME folder
If you want to Run 1.50 kernel Apps and Emus you Must Install the 1.50_Addon for 3.71 m33

How would i upgrade it to m33 -5, and why do i have to run the kernal. for emus' right now i install the emus in the 1.5 and they work great, and the psx games also? So should i still upgrade?

No the frist file is for updateing to 3.80 m33 Just set your Kernel to 3.71 In recovery menu

LOL yeah dude its to let you update from 3.71 to 3.80 CFW LOL so you can use all those other files  its ok you new to this but you'll pick up  |

Sorry to bother you guys again. But I tried it still name problem. I went to recovery mode (right trigger and powered up). Then I went to congfiguration>Game folder homewbrew (and changed it from 1.5 kernel, to 3.71). Psp restarted I tried to execute the update. But I got a message saying "This program could only be executed under 3.80 M33." Am I doing something wrong?
And my system software is System software is: 3.71 M33-2

lol thats Means your ON 3.80m33  On psp go to settings>System Settings>System Information there you'll see your PSP's version. |

AH.. i see i thing you need to update to 3.71 m33-4 frist
Or you could just Use my Pre-made pandora files for 3.80 m33-5 adn use pandora's battery and it will go right to 3.80 m33-5 Then form there you can get to 3.90 m33 =)
