umm my vista xp hybrid (has drivers and system hardware for both) uses only 100mb of ram, while vista ultimate uses about 350mb of ram. you be the judge....
and as everyone has said yachi, it isnt a dx10 emu, theres no need for dx10 in current games, first game will be crysis and m$ just wants you to use vista to play halo 2v, the only they you need vista for in the game is to play during the game install, thats the only part that xp cant do

Thank you a ton Clowd by the way how many gigs is it exactly I only have like a lil less than four gigs free on my pc? ok its not working wheni try to extract it to a folder it keeps saying im missing a volume or something whats that mean?  deos it mean that i need part two befor i put it in a folder? |

hey i can run halo 2 pc on xp without the crack cause im talented. just copy to pc and rewrite some files and your done it that simple and if that is a problem then dont buy it

thats the thing though i didnt download it yet cause i cant because its stupid rapidshare they make you wait like 3 hours after downloading one thing I mean ill be like 17 or 18 at that rate lol |

Can I just throw out there that there is no point in buying vista when you can get linux for free and have tripple the amount of visual features windows users couldn't even dream of....

Yes but haveing power and being able to Use that power is two different thangs
you could run a winxp emu on a linux BUT then you'll be loseing even More power to the Emulater then just loading winxp
I would LOVE linux if it could play all my games and load all my apps
