need help with chat room im a newly registered user

i just tryed to enter a chat room and got banned before i could even say anything
i read somewhere in forums that this has happed to another user.. soo im assumeing its tempory ban or something is wrong with the chatroom
any info would be nice since id like to have help with a one on one live walkthrough since reading sometimes i get confused or lost

well sometimes that happens to me to but i just use mirc if i ever need to chat i use mirc and log on to #smdept

If you are going to use mIRC then make sure that the server is EFNET and the channel is #smdepot.

ReDLiNe, just try refreshing the page sometimes, it happens to me as well, some times it takes quite a few times, about 20 times, before it allows me to access the chatroom.

if i try to use web irc anywhere i get d-lined,k-lined,timeout,banned,dissconected and something else before i connect. usually doesnt happen in mirc.

never happened in x-chat

ive had it happen to me in mirc, chatzilla, and web based java applets.
