hey,
ive got this GBA sitting around and its only got a few GBA games, but ive got a whole lot of GBC games that fit into it (yay). i was wondering if there was a way that i could tweak the GBA so that it could read SD cards of which i could put games on and let them be opened by the GBA and played. or something to this effect. the main thing is that i want to be able to put games on a card and have the GBA recognize and play them... possible, close to possible? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

im a little late getting to this one, but heres my 2 cents

if you are looking for a SD converter to drop.gba games onto an SD card and play them in a GBA (not SP\or SP) then yes its possible

http://eng.supercard.cn/download.htm

scroll to the SuperCard SD & MiniSD section all of the cards that you see there are what youre looking for, there is a link to places you can buy, the variety of cards there are geared toward the DS now but the section i pointed out is GBA

the good news is if you get a DS you dont need anything but a Passcard to mod it  Grin

hope that is what you were looking for or helps someone

yeah i know you dont need one, but i still use my card in my SP so i have to have one to let the DS (Slot 1) read from the GBA (Slot 2) so my setup works for me, i was just saying if you ever got a DS then all youd need to contiune using the Slot 2 device would be a 10 dollar passcard of some sort
