hey everyone, im having this reoccuring problem every time i try to open the DivX player. i double click the icon, and my computer just automatically reboots. is there any way to solve this? thanks.

just use vlc then. Smiley or get a good avi codec pack for wmp

just get a Divx codec  and use Windows media player  I never use Divx player =) 


Vlc is Ok to but i don't like it much (it's good player to play Mkv)

great thanks for the tip. oh btw, ive got a few music video files in the format of .mkv, is there any way to convert them to divx? thanks.

depends on the settings you use, you will always loose quality while converting from one format to another, but IMTOO has always been good at keeping quality.

nice... thanks for the tip. converted it the quality loss is hardly noticeable, i cant see it... anyways, the VLC player, its awesome, plays all of my media. im happy, now i only need one player.
