The only other thing that I could think of would be a fresh install of Windows. It sounds like your drivers are either corrupted and/or are conflicting with each other. I think that would be the best bet for you in your case. I'm going to keep thinking about it but I would really start considering re-installing Windows.

o man... yeah ur right, i am kinda ticked, especially since i just did reformat my HD and reinstalled windows, just about a month ago.
