somehow i deleted my ms dash and by back up for it and i whnedto know if there is somewere i coulddownlod it from if some o could pz help me thnks

Well since you deleted your m$ dash can you still boot your regular modded dash (unleashx, evox, xbmc) ? You could try cold-booting Team SMD's Auto-Installer to restore your old m$ dash.
