Activision's offering for the PSP, Call of Duty: Roads to Victory, is set to conquer store shelves this coming March 13. Now, just to give you a bit of an idea what you're grubby hands are getting, Senior Producer Matt Powers talked with IGN about the game's storyline and multiplayer aspects.

The interview kicked off with Mr. Powers talking about the game's main antagonists. Players will get to experience some of the major battles from the US, Canadian, and British campaigns. They will have to "defend against the Axis throughout Europe as a member of the US 82nd Airborne Division, the Canadian Rifleman Corps and the British SAS Division.

"Players will liberate cities in Italy, storm beach heads along the coast, and advance their way through Europe, repelling -- and ultimately defeating -- German forces." All in a day's work.

He then mentions that their goal in Roads of Victory is to bring the players to the "hot spots" of the European theater in World War II. The game follows different nationalities which brings players to a large variety of weapons, location and action:

The 82nd Airborne is the basis of our American campaign. The player will experience missions that are based around real Airborne operations. They will be dropped into hot spots throughout Europe to fight off the German invasions. Players will always be part of a squad, just as the Airborne are, when taking on missions.
