There aren't any skins for M$ dash but there is a application/dashboard called UIX and it's an exact replica of the m$ dash but you can apply different skins. It's in the Auto-Installer I made in the Files section or you could Google around for it.

Well i hate to say your Wrong Đr Fwёёga But =) you are.
you can make your Own skins or Find some skins for MS Dash BUT... it Not easy to Install
when i get more time i'll try and make a tutorial on it But for now i am going to be late for Work So, Later.

I've seen maybe 1 or 2 skins in my entire lifetime for the ms dash which were down right ugly. They weren't even considered ms dash skins they are tHC Lite etc skins which is different then ms dash. I wouldn't even care to mention that they even existed on the face of the earth because of how ugly they were! I would recommend that you check out UIX and all of the skins that they have to offer and because it's a lot easier to skin. Hehe, but what do I know?

Yea UIX Is WAY Easyer and Better then Just the MS skins
Or even Dash2Gam
I Made a nice Like Blue MS skin But after that i was Like Puck that $hit cuz it took me like Weeks to make it

Haha, yeah I tried my luck with ms dash skinning and said the exact same thing. Yeah Dash2Gam isn't too bad but I still would choose UIX over it.

more or Less what he is saying you Take a Program then Unpacks the .xbx files so you can see the IMGs and then Make what you want and Repack it With yours
xboxlogo.xbx <---this is one of the Files you would Have to change
xbox4.xbx <--- as well But thats just two out of meany you need to change
Kind of Like makeing a PSP XMB But Way Harder =)
