I know i have done a lot more a lot faster with our servers up and running.
I get to talk to people in irc and figure out what i need.
and more often than not i don't even have to hunt it down.
I think SMDepot.net has one of the best irc rooms.
we don't just hang back and let the bots do all the work, it's nice to really talk to real people.
These ftp servers have saved me once or twice, so I'm voting on Awesome!...
