Ok here is a car help thread not guaranteeing that I'll fix your car but i'll help and if anyone wants to contribute that would be awesome. To start my car has an overheating issue I am going to replace the radiator cap monday and if that doesn't work I need to flush my radiator and engine block due to rust buildup.

make sure your thermostat is opening (take out and heat up water on stove and see if it opens), or remove it.

It was the thermostat. I took it out and it was rusted shut so I replaced it.
