How to upgrade

I got my xbox 360 modded about 2 months ago. Now there is a new flash upgrade iextreme 1.5 or something like that. How would i upgrade. And why would I need to upgrade?
any help would be great

I would think how would be the same way you did the first hack. Why, cause it's got bug fixes, faster maybe, and it's more reliable. These are just speculations.

If i'm not mistaken, I believe you can install the new firmware off a dvd.

If not, try searching youtube..
