It's neither the booze nor the alcohol that's responsible. Everyone is accountable for their own actions regardless of what they subject themselves too. This guy deserves whatever is coming to him. I'm sure being boozed up didn't help but it would have only taken his inhibitions down... meaning he was completely prone to this regardless. It's a shame... poor kid. That’s ridiculous.
