time the Hotswap just right This is the Hardiest part best to unplug rigth after the BIG X displays Text on the buttom

the Partions should pop up as you get the error

Finally got it to work thanks to everyone for all the help. What I did was I loaded the Krazie Ndure 1.1 into a stock Xbox. FTPed to the xbox copied over C E and made a XBDM iso with the EPROM of my original Xbox. Loaded that iso to the 250 and that was it. Now I have the 250 with the 5960 dash and an updated evox. evox is now seeing all free gigs on the f drive.
