Well i have gotten a chip i believe its an Xecuter and i was just curious if anyone knew what bios are and how to flash them and what the point of flashing them are...i would like apprecitate a Tutorial thanks

The bios for the Xecuter depends on what version Xbox you have. Once you have flashed a bios on your chip you will be able to boot backups and Team SMD's Auto-Installer to install a dashboard, apps, and emus.

well haloman im taking it you had your box modded by someone else, well if you they prolly did all the bios stuff for you and if you can run evox or any other dash besides m$ and games off the hd, your ok. and if you have the 2.6 i know theres 2 diff banks for siff bios's. and the bios is like the boot file for the xbox. w/o it, the xbox wont boot. so its not something that you wanna mess with if you dont know what your doing.

Well im a idiot i just hit format and then when i boot it up the screen gets all distorted and error 13 pops up

Pop in Slayers or Team SMD's Auto-Installer and install a dash.
