Useing UnleashX you can do this in more or less then 20secs

To copy from D: to Xbox HDD (D: Meaning CD drive )

(note) to switch from Left screen and Right Screen Use L and R triggers

1. put CD in Xbox
2. go to File Explorer
3.(Left screen) pick  D:
4. (Right Screen) pick where you would like to copy too
5.(left screen) Push White button on Folder or File you like to Copy
6. Push A on Copy...

All Done

you can do Meany More things with File Explorer But i had someone Ask How to do this So i made a Nice little "HowTo"

You must make sure that the DVD that you burned is in FATX format.  You must make an .xiso with appropriate program (i recommend Craxion), THEN burn to dvd.  This is the only way the xbox drive will be able to read the data.

Also, for anyone interested, DVD2xbox is a great program for copying games as well as data disks to your xbox hard drive.
