help Xbox is screwed up

I was using Knave's installer to install a softmod and I backed everything up but when I tried to install the softmod it frozethen I didn't know what to do so I turned it off then I got error 13. But when I put in mechasssault it started then I tried to restore the MS backup but it said "an error occured while processing request, error 13." so what do I do? I'm really mad right now.

put MA back in and run the exploit if anything you should be able to gain FTP access and use your backup to repair your xbox back to stock.

the "shadow C" is your stock xbox C drive.
