i already ftp"d XBMC to my xbox! but dont know how to run it cause its doesnt show on my apps list? Cry

copy it to E:/apps/ folder and make sure the ".xbe" is called "default.xbe"
you can rename it with no problems if this is the case.
reboot and it'll be there.
