I don't think the rumor about the 360 scratching discs when it is stood up it true.. I've been playing doa4 on it like that all the time and not one circular scratch on it. It will only scratch if you swith the posistion of the 360 while a disk is spinning in it. Still, the manual warns you about switching posistions so if you scratch it, you can't get your money back.

BTW my 360 froze once while playing doa4 all night.. the 360 was a little to warm for normal so i let it cool down and it hasn't froze again..

cooling kits void the warranty and  can damage the 360 because it needs all of the power it gets from the outlet.
