2 256 graphics cards? well as long as you have a sli(nvidia) or crossfire(ati) mobo, you can run 2 cards in there respected dual gpu modes as long as there the same a dual compatable.

if your just talking baout 2 256 sticks of ram, 512 ram is good for the every day person that uses a computer, but for gameing i would suggest a minimum of 768- 1 gig, because most games running these days running at decent speeds ask for 400mb or more of ram. but that is just from my experence playing games on how much ram i think you should run.

well windows xp only supports 4 or 8  idk which i could be totaly wrong. I'm not sure about vista, but i bet its higher maybe 12-16.

and out of that 2 gig stick.. xp takes about 634 megs of ram.. DAMN WINDOWS AND DAMN OTHER RESOURCE INTENSIVE PROGRAMGS...
