Liteon/benq problem?

I've fixed 2 liteon and 1 benq drive with the same problem. The laser gets stuck at the end of the movement assembly. I just put some synthetic grease on the rails and recalibrated the movement arm. Anyone else seen this? I know the liteon and benq use the same laser and movement assembly so that's why I'm asking.
