PS3 Downgrade

Hi guys. I've just received my ps3 downgrade/jailbreak device.
It's the e3 card reader.
A few questions.

1) Where would I obtain the downgrade files for this device?
2) Do I need to download to a lower firmware 3.14 then update to 3.41 or can i downgrade straight to 3.41?
3) I've read that downgrading disables the ps3 blu ray drive and will not let you play blu ray movies (Everything works fine but the playing of blu ray movies)
has this been fixed?

Thanks zzk so this has been fixed 100%? Do I need to patch or ftp anything?
Also does the fix work for both fat, and slim ps3?

I have no idea, i have no reason to try the downgrade myself so i can't say how to do the fix.

As for the files yeah it should be the same files for everyone. E3 card and everyone, just the .hex used for the booting "Just like with Jailbreak" would be different.

thanks but they are confirming that it works?
so i guess i can downgrade my friends ps3? he's on 3.5
can i download it straight to 3.41?

Yeah i think it goes right to 3.41 but again i am not 100% sure, I have never had a reason to try it yet.

If you manage to downgrade to 3.41 i recommend you stay there or use PS3 Freedom with Evil Sperm to spoof 3.50 w/ PSN Grin
