Changes REV H:

- Fixed bug, when you press an option above the blue-ray disc to try to write it was locked.
- Now the icons are stored in cache.
- Added code to work with dynamic themes, issues can now be designed to work in no way covers not listed, you can show the game background PIC1, front panel display instead of the icon, change text colors, change the location of these, change the cursor left / right up / down, you design now haceias you, add some sample topics.
- The covers can be placed by hand into the installed folder of the application, COVERS (Shift folder), even if a folder named COVERS meteis on a flash drive / external drive is automatically installed when you start the application.
- The themes also copied to the flash drive in the folder: THEMES / DEFAULT inside has a ini file with the settings, and images used in the application that updates automatically.

REV H-2 changes:

- Now Showing tramsparencias png.
- Message displayed when you are installing a theme or installing internal disk covers, to avoid giving the impression that the initiative does nothing, it is recommended once installed the covers from external drive, delete the folder COVERS to not have to prove if there is a cover to launch new OM.

REV H-3 changes:

- New parameters to indicate the original size of the covers to be used: IMG_COVER_ORI_W and IMG_COVER_ORI_H
- Select mode now that cover art works: COVER_TYPE
Taking values: 0: Original (No 3D) 1: Original 3D (Solo Front), 2: 3D Cover (front and rear in a png), 3: Double cover (Front and Back in PNG in Another PNG)

REV H-4 changes:
