Well, its not really FULL 720p, the resolution on your screen is 720p, but the game is boxed in the middle, kinda like the non zoom mode on the PSP emulators.

Snes updated
www.smdepot.net/zzk/PS3/snes9x-ps3-4.3.8.zip

Quote
Build 4.3.8 (23-10-2010) - rev. number 768cf9df52
-------------------------------------------------
* Updated to new SNES9x version - now runs the following games that didn't work previously (or had noise instead of sound):
- Earthworm Jim 2
- NBA Hangtime
- MS Pac Man
* PSGL driver built and in use - speed is now better at 1080p than it was previously at 480p. There's still a resolution switch, but there's no need anymore to switch to 480p - speed is the same at 1080p as it is on 480p, and it's damn good for the record. Enjoy.
* All resolutions supported now
* Added simple hardware filtering settings - Linear Interpolation and Point Filtering. Shaders will come later.
* Added Aspect Ratio settings - 4:3 and 16:10 (HDTVs with 16:9 aspect ratio might experience that on 16:10, the screen might be slightly cut-off. We're working on a proper aspect ratio setting for 16:9)
* Can now load configurable settings from snes9x.conf file stored in the USRDIR folder. Saving of this file will come in the next release.
* Will now select the highest resolution your TV/monitor can support - so is no longer set to default at 480p.
* No more performance difference between 1.92 pkg and 3.41 pkg.

Quote
PERFORMANCE NOTES
=================
* Here is how most games will run (at any resolution - 480p/720p/1080p):

- Normal games (no special enhancement chips) = 60fps constant
- DSP-1 (Super Mario Kart/PilotWings) = 60fps constant
- DSP-1B (Ballz) = 60fps constant
- DSP-2 (Dungeon Master) = 60fps constant
- DSP-4 (Top Gear 3000) = 60fps constant
- SA-1 (Super Mario RPG/Kirby Superstar/Kirby's Dreamland 3/Super Bomberman Panic World) = 60fps constant
- Cx4 (Mega Man X2/Mega Man X3) = 60fps constant
- OBC-1 (Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge = 60fps constant
- SDD-1 (Star Ocean/Street Fighter Alpha 2) = 60fps constant
- S-RTC (Dai Kaiju Monogatari 2) = 60fps constant
- SPC7110 (Far East of Eden Zero/Tengai Makyo) = not tested
- SuperFX
- Star Fox 1 = 60fps constant
- Stunt Race FX = 60fps constant
- Doom = 60fps constant
- Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island = 60fps constant
- Star Fox 2 = not 60fps constant
- Vortex = not 60fps constant
- Winter Gold = 50fps constant (was a PAL game)
- Dirt Racer = 60fps constant

Well.. a FCEU NES port has come to PS3 =) thanks to shinhalsafar
www.smdepot.net/zzk/PS3/fceuPS3_v1_3_41.zip

Quote
Special thanks:

• To the snes9x-ps3 team (TheMaister, Squarepusher64 and myself shinhalsafar).

CURRENTLY IMPLEMENTED FCEU FUNCTIONS

• Just enough to play a ROM
• 4P Support

CONTROLS IN ROM MENU

• Up - Go up
• Down - Go down
• Left - Go back five file entries
• Right - Go forward five file entries
• L1 - Go back one page
• R1 - Go forward one page
• Cross - (If directory selected) enter directory/ (if ROM selected) start ROM
• Triangle - Same as Cross
• Circle - (If not in root directory) Go back to previous directory
• L2 + R2 - (If you previously exited a ROM) return to game
• Select - Go to settings menu (see 'CONTROLS IN SETTINGS MENU' section)

CONTROLS IN SETTINGS MENU

• Up - Go up one setting
• Down - Go down one setting
• Left - Change setting to the left
• Right - Change setting to the right
• Circle - Go back to ROM menu

EXPLANATION OF SETTINGS MENU

• Display framerate - This will show the FPS (Frames Per Second) onscreen
• Resolution - Switch between resolutions - 480p mode, 720p mode and 1080p mode (depending on your monitor's supported resolutions)
• Aspect Ratio - Switch between aspect ratios 4:3 and 16:10 (16:9 will come shortly, for now choose 16:10 on widescreen - perhaps small
• cutoff at left and right))
• Hardware Filtering - Switch between Linear interpolation (Bilinear filtering) and Point filtering.

CONTROLS IN-GAME

• Nothing worth really explaining here
• R3 + L3 - Press these two buttons together while in-game to go back to the ROM browser menu.

TIP: You can use any USB controller you like and it will map the buttons on the fly - it is even possible to hotswap joysticks - remove one from the USB port, replace it with another one - it should all work fine. even SNES-to-USB converters should work.

To play a game with a USB controller as Player 1, start up your PS3 and rather than using the Sixaxis/DualShock3, plug in an USB port before connecting the controller to the PS3 - your USB pad should then become Controller 1.

HD TV USERS

For people running this on HDTVs complaining about input lag:

• Turn off all post-processing filters you may have running - on Sony Bravia HDTVs, display Motion Flow (this also causes input lags with most games in general, not just this SNES emu. If your HDTV has a 'Game' mode or something of the sort, select that as well.

PERFORMANCE NOTES

• 100% everywhere, let me know otherwise.

PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS

• SRAM save
• State save
• Filters
• GameGenie

SPECIAL THANKS

• See the entire snes9x-ps3 team.

r60 Update readme concerning available features (IPS patch, more PCE CD format info)

Hopefully fix remaining endian issues in Megadrive (status windows in various
games being garbled)

Add option to store save games and states in same directory as game file, and to disable compression for sharing saves with other emulators (press r3 in file browser)

Quote
r59 Get Megadrive working after some endian fixes (note: please 'make clean' any existing build trees to apply pre-processor change)

r54 Update documents

r52 mednafen-wip: Support save states in nestopia
r51 Save and load battery in vba-m Load files unpacked by mednafen's core in nestopia gambatte and vba-m
r50 Fix vba-m sample rate Add emulator selector, press R3 during file select
r49 mednafen-wip: Merge in VBA-M
r48 mednafen-wip update (fix pce image size, save load and reset in gambatte and nestopia)
r47 Begin integrating gambatte into mednafen-wip (still not useful)
r46 Nestopia merged into mednafen-wip (mednafen-wip still isn't useful)
r45 Mednafen-wip test - not worth using right now, just here for clean copies
r44 Edited wiki page Bugs through web user interface.
r43 Add simple sdl version of system code, for better testing
r42 More maintenance

snes9x for PS3 has been updated to v4.3.9  Grin

www.smdepot.net/zzk/PS3/snes9x-ps3-4.3.9.zip

Quote
Build 4.3.9 (03-11-2010) - rev. number 49d11492e2
-------------------------------------------------
* Updated to new SNES9x version - now runs the following games that didn't work before:
- The Mask
* Fixed 16:9 aspect ratio issue - this seems to be a common issue with PS3s on modern HDTVs. There is now an 'Overscan' option inside the Settings menu that you can use to get the stretched screen fit just right on your TV screen.
* Settings are saved when exiting the emulator.
* The garbage on the right side of the screen has been fixed
* Two sound modes are now available: Normal (same as it was before) and RSound. RSound is a networked audio client/server program - with this, you can route the music from the PS3 (SNES audio in this case) to any laptop/PC/settopbox that has a media player with either the RSound plugin, or a dedicated RSound server application (Rsd/Rsdplay). There is a documentation file and a Youtube video provided to help people to set it up. Latency is as low as it possibly can be - definitely try it out.
* Major restructuring to the Settings screen.
* The default ROM directory, default savestate directory can now be set inside the Settings screen.
* 5-player Multitap support (was previously just 4-player)

The wait is over!! "MAYBE!!"  Grin The first PSX emulator is now out (For Fat and Slim PS3's)
www.smdepot.net/zzk/PS3/PS3SX-pre-release.rar

UPDATE!!
I have gotten this to work  Grin you'll need the right Bios and a little bit of Bullshit  Roll Eyes

1.Download bios http://www.multiupload.com/3ZI35POZN9

2.Place the PSX - SCPH101.BIN and PSX - SCPH1001.BIN in the Bios folder, RENAME them by deleting the PSX -   (Example: SCPH101.BIN and SCPH1001.BIN)

3. Turn on the PS3"jailbreaked" But Wait till PS3 starts before plugging in USB device

4. Run Emulator and Press Left, wait for screen to flash then press left again, If it does not load wait 4secs and press left one more time.

5. You should be in the emulator by now,  Grin This is how i got it working But this is still a BETA emu so not many games work and it crashes a lot.

Notes:
The big problem with this emulator right now is that is does not place the folders needed to the PS3 HDD "WHY??" It would be so much easier "Not all of us have USB HDDs" And it would be nice to just FTP over all my PSX games to the PS3  Roll Eyes
