2010 XBMC Questions - better late than never?

has anyone had their dvd remote just suddenly stop working? Have 2 modded xboxes running XBMC, and the remote suddenly stopped working on one. Not a problem with the sensor or remote as both work on the other x-box. Any ideas where to start looking?

Did you try your other ports on that xbox? and check in the system info if the xbox responds to it as a used port

tried every port, no luck. I know I've seen that port summary somewhere, but now I can't find it - not in XBMC settings.  it really is not that big a deal other than my wireless controller sucks down batteries.

hummm. you could try reinstalling XBMC an see if that fixes the problem other then that i wouldn't know why the IR remote wouldn't work. PM or ask Zzk2001 maybe he has some useful info on this subject.
