I am planning to purchase an xbox 360
have $250 to spend
I am planning on purchasing the one with no hard drive which is going for $199.99+ tax
A few questions
What is the purpose of the hard drive? (Is it just to save movies,music etc?)
Is this xbox version moddable?
and do the newer xbox's have the rrod problem?
should i get an extended warrenty?

alright ima try to answer these

the core (no hdd system) you cant play xbox1 games cuase xbox1 used the hdd
however that is the only differece between the high models and the lower ones, so get a drive later and you got yourself a premium system

as far as modding goes, they are ALL moddable the core system IS the premium system without a hdd

and all teh xbox's have the rrod, i think the newer ones (and the elite) have 'less' of a problem, but dont quote me

yes it would... but if you plan to mod it, don't.

some modders are saying they can mod it, without harming the warrenty sticker.
should i believe them?
