hi, i have a few questions in this xbox i have, there is a problem and that is, the dvd drive is not working. When i mean its not working, there is no power going into the dvd drive so the outcome is that the dvd tray does not open. well this is my explanantion of why its not working. but if there are other reasons can you please all let me know, of why the dvd drive when the xbox is turned on, the dvd tray does not come out. please let me know thanks.

the drives motor is bad
we see this alot, especially in the samsung ones

you need a new drive
thats all
