First off thanks go's to Zzk2001 for uploading the files, with out him the files you need wouldn't be their. Thanks Zzk Smiley

How To Make The U.P.M.S Installer v3
(Ultimate Pandora Memory Stick Installer)

Items Required

1. An original Memory Stick Pro Duo  (magic gate supported) that has a least 256mb of free space

2. A PSP running "Custom Firmware" (it is best for the psp to be running a minimum of 3.52m33 or 3.71-2m33) with a battery at least 75% full (ideally 100% full).

____File____________Where In file section
3.  UPMSInstallerV3.cso <-PSP/Apps
     150.PBP                    <-PSP/Frameware
     371.PBP                    <-PSP/Frameware
     380.PBP                    <-PSP/Frameware
     UPDATE.PBP (150 PBP Copied & Renamed to UPDATE.PBP)
(Note: Make sure their named like this)

Method

Note:
If you already own a Pandora battery and memory stick without the multi-boot function you must remove your battery and plug in the AC Cable, but the memory stick can remain inserted.

Steps
1. Switch on your psp.
2. Scroll to the USB icon and connect to the computer.
3. Back up the entire contents of your memory stick to a safe folder on your computer (just to keep anything you may require later i.e. music, game saves, etc).
4. Exit USB mode on your psp.
5. Scroll to System Settings and press X, then scroll to Format Memory Stick and press X to format the stick.
6. After the memory stick has been formatted scroll back to the USB icon and connect to the computer.
7. Place all the downloaded pbp files (150.pbp, 371.pbp, and 380.pbp) on the root of your memory stick (this is just drag and drop). The root of the memory stick is the very first level that you see when connected to the computer. If your psp drive letter when connected to your pc is E:\, then the root of your memory stick is E:\
8. Copy the UPMSInstallerV3.cso file to PSP/ISO like this (this is just drag and drop).
9. Exit USB mode on your psp.
10. Ensure UMD Mode is set to "Sony NP9660." Hold R-Trigger while booting to enter the Recovery console, go to Configuration, and set the UMD Mode there or through the M33 VSH Menu.
11. Scroll to the Game icon in the XMB and then scroll to the Memory Stick icon press X and press X to run the U.P.M.S Installer.
12. Run "Step 1" choosing to load "Booster's Boot Multi-IPL" (this will allow the battery to be used as normal), when done go to the next step. If you already have a Pandora battery you can skip to Step 3.
13. Run "Step 2" and your battery EEPROM will automatically be backed up to the memory stick if it is not already there (this will be needed to convert your battery back if needed), and then chose "Create Pandora Battery (Service Mode)" to convert your battery to a Pandora.
14. After making the Pandora battery plug in the AC Cable. (don't remove the battery)
15. Run "Step 3" to install all the firmware that is required to make your U.P.M.S Installer (this may take awhile but be patient)

You should now have the "Ultimate Unbricker/Downgrader"

For Fat psp:
1) Insert Pandora memory stick
2) Hold Left Trigger
3) Insert Pandora's battery
4) You will now see the Ultimate Loader menu

For Slim psp:
1) Insert Pandora memory stick
2) Push power switch down to Hold.
3) Hold Left trigger
4) Insert Pandora's battery, The slim will boot then turn off.
5) Remove Pandora's battery
6) Put power switch back to normal (turn hold off)
7) Hold left trigger
8 ) Insert Pandora's battery, this will now display the Ultimate Loader menu. From here you can launch
     "U.P.M.S Installer (sharpie)" (as shown at top)

Misc:
  IF, after you've downgraded/hacked your psp, you want to revert your battery and memory stick back to 'Normal', you'll need to go back to the UPMS Installer. Go to Step 2 and chose "Make Normal Battery" To convert your battery back to normal, just press X.

   To convert your Memory Stick back to 'Normal', just go to "System Settings" and chose "Format Memory Stick" wait and all done, your memory stick is back to normal.

The battery and stick combination is now capable of doing all the following:

Features:

    * Upgrade a Slim to 3.71-2 M33;
    * Upgrade a Phat to 3.71-2 M33 w/ 1.50-2 kernel patch;
    * Upgrade a Slim to 3.80-5 M33;
    * Upgrade a Phat to 3.80-5 M33 w/ 1.50 kernel patch;
    * Downgrade a Phat to 1.50;
    * Upgrade a Phat straight to 3.52 M33 from Extended Boot Menu, then install update 4 via XMB -- with no need to downgrade to 1.50;
    * Boot the PSP using Ultimate Loader with support for choosing which Pandora you require --V1, V3, or V4;
    * Boot to the XMB with the Pandora battery inserted (Phat Only);
    * Boot to a full 1.50 firmware from the memory stick (Phat Only);
    * Use PSP Filer and other PSP tools;
    * Upgraded a Phat or Slim to 3.71-4 M33 from the XMB with the update;
    * Recover any bricked PSP (Phat or Slim).

All in all, it was a good day. Especially considering I didn't even have to use my AK.
