I ftp over N64 last night and it took a long time. It was all the boxes but I guess I'll have to deal with it. I'm about to ftp over the media file and just thought it would be faster to transfer it as a zip then let the xbox extract it.

well 1 i dont know of a unzip program out there (i know there is probably one, just never used it)
2 you could try a different program OR IE explorer to transfer files, they might help speed

either way getting 8mb onto your xbox is gonna take a couple of minutes, sorry no getting around it

Really, I upload a 760MB file to XBMC and it only took 3Min or less. And I used FlashFXP.
And UnleashX supports ONLY .zip files, so yes you can .zip up files and unpack them with the UnleashX dashboard Grin

Yeah, you can zip files with UX.
And may i suggest using XBMC as your default dashboard if you wanna use media Grin i have it set  as mine and its great!!!

Also did you know you can make a folder "Dashboards" in E:/apps or F:/apps and place the UnleashX folder with its files in their, and you'll be able to run out of the Evox menu as well.

Ex. (Mine)
F:/Apps/Dashboards/UnleashX

I'll have to give that a try. Do I load XBMC like a dash or load it elsewhere?

All in all, it was a good day. Especially considering I didn't even have to use my AK.
