Using Xbox Live

I haven't modded my xbox yet.. I'm still waiting for my Action Replay. I doubt I will go on LIVE, but I just wanted to clarify this before I get started.

I know if you go on xbox Live when you are modded you have a high chance of getting banned. If I set up Dual Boot on my xbox that means I can change back to the xbox in the unmodded state, correct.. to the original microsoft dash?

To change, I have to do a cold boot I read. That's done by turning it on by pressing eject, right?
Now when I'm done playing that game I turn it off and turn it on normally and it will be back in the softmod mode?
I just wasnt sure because some sites it says you have to redo the soft mod every time. You can't just disable and enable easily.

I'm sorry if this has been answered before, I tried searching the forum and counldnt find the answer.

but from what i know, I KNOW you dont have to re-mod it everytime
you can Dual Boot, and it is virtually impossible to detect
and its very simple to do as well, but like i said this is all i know

u can use the dual boot. but u cant use any modded game save

Now I just need to buy some games for Live. Curious, what ones do you guys like the best? other then halo of course.
By the way, do I have to sign up for an xbox live account BEFORE I do the softmod, or does it really matter?

And yes, i suggest you sign up for xbox live first, before you mod or dual boot your xbox

The Appluad or Smite buttons under the posts on the left side adds (appluad) karma or negative (smite) karma
when someone helps you give them Appluad.. like when the answer your off topic questions......... lol jk, but like when someone gives you the info you where looking for like links or tuts or anything give them karma for good measure

Nope, there is no option for Karma for me. I don't see an applaud or smite anywhere on any post. Maybe I can't do it because I'm a newbie. It might appear after I post a certain amount of times or something. I've checked everywhere on the page and in peoples profile. Nothing to add karma.
