I was wondering if anybody on the board has delved into the FTA scene. We picked up three Viewsat Lites which ran about 200 some each, but they were relatively cheap and still work great. The only downside is the sporadic ECMs from the two major satellite providers but there's coders who work behind the scenes making fixes for them so it's alright.

They aren't really designed for that however. They're designed to pick up actual free to air channels like Fox, CBS, and many others depending where you live.

So yeah, now that the lame intro is out of the way, how many people on the board have one of their own and if you do, what brand?
