Add/Remove Programs Problem

Ok, I tryed opening my Add/Remove programs from the Control Panel and I got this:



WTF??? I don't get it. I thought I might post that here because you may know how I can fix this. Please give me some suggestions, NOT involving reinstalling my OS. I really do not want to do that.


(BTW) I am useing the Xbox theme from the themes pack. It's NICE!

I have a problem to with mine add and remove programs, theirs program icons on my add/remove that i deleted but their icons are still their and when i try to delete it i get and error message "Could not load initialization file" any help or any one had this problem  sorry coburn2006 i need help as well
