I was wondering since my system software is just regular 3.03 can i upgrade it to 3.03 oe-A or do i have to downgrade it first?

you will need to Downgrade to 1.50 frist

And 3.03oe Is WAY WAY WAY WAY OLD, most newer games will not run on it

you need at the Most the 3.52 M33  or the 3.71 M33

I would keep 3.52 M33 for Now As all games support it
