How do you make animated .gif and so forth with paintshop pro 9 like this one

or this one with just pictures

Well, if i'm not mistakened, the first one was done by taking a video (most likely in AVI format) and turning it into a gif with a program (makes AVI into GIF). I don't remember the name of it. I have it at home, but i'm at work right now so I couldn't tell u right now, but i'll post it later.

As far as using "paintshop pro 9", I can't help u there. I'm a Photoshop/Image Ready guy myself....

i just use imageready (part of photoshop) or macromedia flash. i havent ever used paintshop pro 9.

well image ready is apart of the photoshop package, but is not photoshop. open what you want with the layers you want to use and at the bottom of the tool bar that has the brush tool, marque tool and so on, theres a button to export to image ready. then in image ready, you go to view, timeline or something like that and you will get a timeline bar. just make your frames like a movie and save as a gif

Man that was a pain in the A$$ to try and do it your way Snafu, but thanks for the info bro; im still new to this program so in going to start playing with it but it is one of the best photo editing software i seen yet. Also i would like to know where to get some more cool stuff like brushes, tool etc
