how to put new dash on hot swaped drive

how do you put like unleash-x or avalaunch or evox on a hot swap drive and add some apps to it?

as for apps there in the same place no matter what you use

E:/Apps

and games are E:/Games

as for emulators well.. don't know why but some  exploits name them E:/emus and some E:/emulators

well i mean how do i put unleash x on in the locations becase after i recover i have to use my hotswap to put a new dash on because my mechassault disk cracked last week. which the disk litterally in a release date disk made in november 2000

ok please tell me where the xbmc file locations are on the xbox so i can manually put them on via hooked to my pc..

XBMC is a App so it goes in the E:/Apps

ps..

if you talking about Softmoding By hotswap  you may need to readup on how to do it's easy Yet Not as easy as just placeing a Dash

Now i have a way to softmod with Krayzie Ndure Installer v1.1  With Hotswap BUT do to it Not being 100% Dumbproof Krayzie does not wish for it to Be =/ 

i can say when i frist started makeing it and haveing ppl test it  We has some errors But All was fixed Only thing IS that one of the steps you need to do is after you have it softmod and some ppl may skip that step makeing it unstable

umm thanks but i dont have a softmodded xbox. and i cant install it unless it runs from winxp cause thats were i place the files from and ohh i recovered my drive thanks to your help and i had the eeprom on my pc and i just needed tools to do with which i have had for over a year.

so about xbmc i have a full 93 mb set do i just put it under apps or what? i have the svn revised from the download section on this site

you just  extract the .rar  with a program called WinRAR  then you'll see a folder called XBMC  you transfer that to E:/Apps

okeis but how do i make it my main dash?

Transfer it to your E:/dashboard but be care full and dont mesh up  cause if you delete the dash thats already inside that folder and you leave it empty and turn off the xbox, you'll get an error code on the xbox so be VERY CARE FULL

ps i know if you did it with Nude 1.1.1 you'll have another folder called the backup some where on the E:\ so like if you did  delete you dash in that folder and u happen to turn it off the xbox will go to and Evox screen as a backup dash with the ip and crap showing so you could FTP a real dash back in their fixing the problem thats of course if you left that backup folder their and used Nude. just a little helpful info MORE TO KNOW
