well i was looking around and found this Dvd Kit To See Your Games Spinning As You Play (made for thompson brand dvd drive but can be modified to fit other brands. Email me if you want to know what brand your dvd drive is) i wanna no how i could make my custom one so i could watch my DVD spin

really Not all that Hard =) just cut out some of the topping of the DVD-rom makeing sure you keep it so the Cd holder stays connected

i did the halo mod lid to my xbox but now my light will not turn on and when i had connect it it turned on but when i put my cover one it it stop working and the wires are connected

could Be that the Wire is connecting with the top  cutting Off the Power flow Make sure you tape the cut points where the wires are connected

i did but it will not turn on i only put to christmas lights and when my xbox was openeed i connected it and it worked just fine and when i closed it it dont work and i had glue guned it so the wires dont contact and it had turned on but wwhen i closed my xbox it stoped turnign on

Yea thats what i am saying Some of the wire could be hitting the case I had the same thang happen to me with my LED/HDD lite
