an alternative is www.WhatIsMyIp.com pretty easy to remember as the question goes in your head you can type it out. BOOM SHAZAM CRACKALACKIN BOOTY SPANKIN VIOLA - xxx.xx.xx.xxx

I assume you mean of a router?  In which case, if you type ipconfig from your local computer, you will only get your lan address.  If you go to one of those sites such as whatismyip.com, then itll give you your actual ip address as viewed by the internet.  Or you could log into your router and find it out that way.

it depends on ure router. most are at 192.168.1.1

again my router thing is right on ipchicken u just copy the link and put it into browser and u go to your router home, i guess u cant be an idiot to do it, even thought takes a 4 year old to do it.
