if uve got userbars with the dimensions of 350 x 19 u can easily use this site:
http://userbarmaker.com/userbars-animator.php

but if the dimensions are even one pixel off, ur gonna have to do it manually. i used jasc animation shop to make GIFs, heres a little gift man...
