What is a Trainer

Most, if not all, of their trainers are also on their forums, so if you go to their forums http://forums.maxconsole.net/, go to search and type in the games name and "trainer" it should come up with them. This way you don't need an account to download them.

Is there a way to put my version of Halo 2 back so that the trainers would work?

halo 2 trainers dont work with the 1.1 or 1.2 update

According to Snafupossum, they don't. And with my experiences with them, I'm inclined to agree.

Does anyone know if by deleting the maps I downloaded from Xbox Live for Halo 2, will make my version 1.0 insted of 1.1 (it's 1.1 just now)?

EDIT: OK, I answered my own question...and that answer was a "NO". Deleting the map packs do nothing to the version of the game.

WOOHOO!! I got the Halo 2 trainer working! I just deleted everything in E:\TDATA\4d530064 and it put the game back to version 1.0, so my trainer now works! I'm so happy!
Now time to own some Grunts!!

u just deleted the file in halo2 and it worked wow do u got XBL or do u play in Xkia cuz if u play in Xkia it will not let u play cuz of auto AIM well this is what i heard

I tried Xbox Live when I first got my Xbox but my trial ran out. And I don't play online much anyway...basicly 'cause I suck against real people lol. Well in First Person Shooters I do.

it will work, but without the update, bxr isnt a one hit kill, and you can be banned from both kai and xbl for modding. and if you want the new maps, you can always place the new maps in your halo 2 maps folder. they will not be selectable but you can load them.
