I set up many xboxs with 750gb hdd. Make sure you format it right though. How much did the hard drives cost you?

Would I be able to unlock it using another xbox? Doing the hotswap method?

Except the fact that our jtag falcon is one of the first xbox'es ever made, and WILL RROD eventually, hand on heart. PS3 is NOT that hard to use at all... and is quite easy to play games, plus better emulators. Seriously, PS3, and I'm not being biased.

Well I had mine running for about a year and half no problems. I think its more about the xenon you have to worry about.
ps3's you have to worry about patching the games, bla bla bla do this do that to get it work, jtag is simply drag and drop lol

well with jtags you dont need to flash the firmware
once in a while for the newer games you would update the dash and you're good to go
thats only once in a while though
