Post by: leelllama on January 13, 2007, 03:51:53 PM
Well guys, i need some help..... My friend bought a seagate ST3320620AS SATA HD to replace the stock HD in his Xbox.
is it possible for him to use something like this? http://www.cooldrives.com/satoidecofor.html (http://www.cooldrives.com/satoidecofor.html) Or is he gonna have to return the HD?

SATA HDDs Are Cheaper then IDE HDDs

SATA are less parts and cheaper to make

Anybody know if this worked? I'm going to have to do the same thing however, I say one convertor on Amazon where the customer said it did not work in their xbox but did in their PC.
