Title: 500gb Post by: realg123 on May 06, 2008, 08:07:27 AM I installed a 500gb on my xbox. The xbox is kind of loud now, is that normal? Also should I change the fan speed?

the new one you installed is running at 7200 rpms I never turn my fans up, it makes more noise. jsut make sure you have everything tucked in nice and neat and it should be fine. usually it's not any louder than normal, so you might jsut have a loud drive if that whats making the noise.
