Title: IRC and firewalls why does it hate me Post by: Boost on January 11, 2006, 11:08:25 AM i'm running a Dlink router and ZA PRO on XP
I can't get online in Mirc or our chat though the site :( Dlink is configured correctly Mirc says that ZA is blocking it ZA says it's not.... I cut my hair the other day, thank god I've been pulling it all out over this stupid problem. any ideas? Its been awhile buddy... :) yup UDP port 113 should fix you. Make sure when you connect to a server your ident is showing portforward.com and steve gibsons shields up are useful sites when it comes to configuring your router. I've went through the settings and configured the ports for the app on 113 and 6667 i dont know what else to do.... oh yeah and Kicking the side don't help much. I'll try the front later.
