Title: xUbuntu-0.9.0-602 Post by: realg123 on January 01, 2008, 10:27:20 PM I downloaded xUbuntu-0.9.0-602, extracted the iso, and ftped it into my xbox G:/games folder. It runs comes with a black screen with the procedures or what not, then it says attempt to kill int(something like that) any one know how to install it correctly. The reason I am asking is because i heard you could run firefox on xbox. Any help would be greatful
take care ladies and gentlmen Title: Re: xUbuntu-0.9.0-602 Post by: Snafupossum on January 01, 2008, 11:11:27 PM i had the same problem, i read around and i came up with the fact that it had problems with the xbox controller making it not possible to boot up due to a conflict, but right after starting it, unplugging the xbox controller should fix it. i didnt really care to much about it, so i never got back to test it to see if it would work.

Which linux are you looking to install? Xebian is more suited to serving. GentooX is more suited to being a desktop OS.
