Post by: Snafupossum on October 15, 2007, 11:37:00 PM karma is your rating by if people think your a good person or a bad person. like if they think your post helped, they can add karma to your name, but if you say something mean or something, they can choose to smite you and give you negative karma. Its just another way for people new to the site (who know what karma ratings are) be able to find people that have seemed to help others and get help from them.
