Title: New User Seeking Help! Post by: Might Be Alvo on August 30, 2007, 10:29:18 AM Ok so heres my problem i would like to change my xbox(one) region from PAL to NTSC, but i do not know alot about this. i am going 2 be using it for halo2 especially, for faster gameplay and such.
What would be better... me importing and xbox from america or softmodding my xbox i dont know... i kind of blind here i do not know what to do any some other questions that i'd like to say is... Would i need 2 buy an HALO2 NTSC disk from america or could you overridde the disk format on my pal one. i have an NTSC compatible HDTV so theres no problems there(i hope). But if you want to feel fat and stupid then you can use config magic to change the region. dude what u said makes no sense pal 16x9? ?:S isnt NTSC a faster frame rate than PAL60 = 25FPS NTSC= 29.97FPS. But pal is a better resolution so it looks better generally. also i'd like to know whats wrong with irish people? Faster FPS = Better game play And changeing the resolution on a set resolution Does not make it look better Just stretched out IF Any a pal version game would look Better on a ntsc then a pal as the screen would not be stretched out and the FPS would be faster But really it's All in what TV you have and what it supports Title: Re: New User Seeking Help!
